Mixed results for proud Dolphins

A win and a loss in a day that remembered club stalwart Patty Byrne. A minutes silence was respected at each match of A Grade and A Reserves who played at different venues.

A Grade went down to South Eastern by 36 points to 18.

A Reserves were victorious in defeating the ladder leading Kensington United 22 - 12. Captain coach Ben Molloy described the game as their most complete of the season. Led by veteran Ben Cook who crossed for a try while setting up another and was a rock in defence. Liam Daly led the forward pack with support from Neil Stanley, Tom 'Lighthouse' O'Leary and young Forbes dynamo Josh Tilley. The centre combination of Ben Burke and Glen Ritchie is really gaining momentum and there dummy half running was the difference between the two side. Fullback Sam Molloy was always posing a threat to the Kensington line.
